1. I cup jonnapindi ,
2. 2 cup dry roasted Groundnuts ( make crunchy ),
3. 2 tsp nuvvula pudi,
4. 10 green chillies paste, required palak paste.
Mix all ingredients n make small balls , can press in a
presser n roast on tava ( chapathi penamu ) in full low flame.
* It has to roast very slowly. Can do 7 to 8 at a
time. Can roast on 2 tavas.
* When roasting can keep one aluminium plate between
flame n tava. This avoid over roasting ( madakunda).
* It stays for nearly 1 month, has to store in a air
tight container.
