Raw Approach
1. Take Food Processor.
2. Add 1 CUP Almonds
3. Add 1 CUP Cashew Nuts.
4. Add 1/2 CUP Walnuts.
5. Add 1/2 CUP Pista.
6. Add 1 TABLE SPOON Poppy Seeds.
7. Add 1/4 CUP Flax Seeds.
8. Add 1/4 CUP Raisins.
9. Add 15 - 20 Medjool Dates (Remove the Pits). (Based on How much sweet you want.)
10. Add 4 - 5 Anjeera Dried.
11. Add 4 -5 Elachi's Powder.
12. Add Any other Nuts what ever you like. (But Do not Add Peanuts and Sesame If you want to see Sesame and Peanut Laddu recepies look at my other links given at the end).
Preparation:
Blend all above in Food Processor in a coarse texture until you can make laddu (balls) with the mixture. If still not farming the ball add more dates (or) add some honey.
I usually eat this for 2 weeks also.
Cooked Approach
1. Same all above ingredients except (Raisins, Dates and Anjeera).
2. Heat the pan add Ghee (or) oil (or) Dry fry these nuts in the pan.
3. Powder all the nuts to coarse texture.
4. Puree the Dates , raisins, anjeera in blender.
5. Add the paste to the Nuts powder and heat the pan to mix and add honey.
6. Once the paste is ready put it in Plate and cut like pieces.
